We are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant with strong expertise in Quality Management (QM) to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of quality processes in industrial manufacturing and solid command of SAP QM functionalities and integrations. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting quality management solutions that meet both business and compliance needs.

 Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand and model quality management requirements and processes.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP QM solutions, covering inspection planning, execution, and results recording.
• Support integration of QM with production, procurement, and warehouse management.
• Lead workshops and training sessions with end users and key users.
• Provide guidance on quality notifications, audit management, and compliance monitoring.
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and support for go-live and hypercare phases.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in SAP QM consulting.
• Strong knowledge of core QM processes, including inspection lots, results recording, defect management, and usage decisions.
• Experience in regulated industries or manufacturing environments (e.g., automotive, pharma, food & beverage) is a plus.
• Understanding of SAP standard best practices and cross-module integration with MM/PTP, PP/PTM, and WM/EWM/SCM.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferably Public Cloud).
• Involvement in full life cycle projects.
• SAP QM or S/4HANA certifications.
• Familiarity with digital quality management trends, such as predictive quality and IoT integration.
