Join us for a 60-minute meeting where we get to know your challenges while introducing you to Brighten and our work methodology. If there’s a match between your challenges and our expertise, we will agree on an appropriate next step.

Assess
We diagnose processes and technologies related to your challenges through three sessions, over two days, discussing these processes, understanding your vision, and evaluating your current supporting technology.
Step 3
Simplify
Our team analyses collected information and evaluate solutions to identified issues, based on industry best practices.
Step 4
Improve
We present a report identifying the diagnosis’ main findings and opportunities for improvement, along with a proposed transformation plan in a 2-hour session.

Step 5
Implement
Once you approve our transformation plan, either in whole or in part, we’ll proceed with an implementation cycle.

Support
After implementation, we identify application maintenance services or other managed services to ensure ongoing success.

Project Based on agreed-upon requirements, budget, and timeline, defining what type of collaboration will be developed. We may utilize several Brighten competencies (cross-functionally), primarily those related to our Enterprise Applications (EA) offering.
Agile Hour Bank
Acquire a flexible hour bank with controlled costs and timelines, commonly used for competencies linked to EA and Digital (D) technology implementation. This option allows for alterations or additions to requirements during project's course.
Capacity Increase (T&M)
Boost your internal capacity for specific competencies. This type of collaboration is possible across all our services and involves providing consultants to perform a particular function under our client’s direct supervision.
Managed Services
Available for EA and Digital services. Delivered in a nearshore model from our offices, where the client entrusts a non-core business service, either partially or entirely, to our team.
