We are expanding our team and looking for two complementary profiles: a Senior Consultant and a Junior Consultant, to work on the optimization and integration of OTC (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay) flows in a SAP environment.

About the Challenge

We are seeking professionals to act as the bridge between Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.

Senior Profile:

  • Lead functional teams in implementation and optimization projects for OTC (SAP SD) and P2P (SAP MM/FI) flows.

  • Design end-to-end integrated solutions, ensuring seamless links between Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Accounting.

  • Conduct requirements-gathering workshops with business units and manage key stakeholders.

Junior Profile:

  • Collaborate on mapping processes and gathering requirements alongside end-users.

  • Support system configuration across SAP modules (SD/MM), perform functional testing, and handle daily operational support.

  • Prepare functional documentation and assist in delivering training sessions to end-users.

  • Analyze and resolve operational incidents within procurement and sales workflows.

What We Are Looking For

Common Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of core business flows: OTC (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay).

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.

Requirements by Level:

Senior Profile:

    • 4+ years of proven experience as a SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SD (OTC) and MM/FI (P2P).

    • Proven track record in functional leadership and solving complex system architecture challenges.

    • Critical mindset focused on continuous improvement of integrated processes.

Junior Profile:

      • 1 to 3 years of experience (or demonstrated exposure to) SAP Sales (SD) or Procurement (MM) modules.

      • Solid grounding in the operational concepts of procurement, sales, and billing.

      • High learning agility and drive to grow within a high-performance team.

Nice to Have (Plus Factors)

  • Official SAP Certifications (SD, MM, or S/4HANA).

  • Previous experience in SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
