• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in German legislation, financial practices, and working with Sage 100 or Sage X3
• Strong knowledge of German legal frameworks and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in financial concepts and practices, including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Extensive experience working with the ERP system, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Familiarity with ERP modules such as finance and reporting
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capacities
