• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills, as the internship involves interaction with different teams and clients.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn new technological tools and business processes.
• Interest in understanding business processes in financial and/or logistics areas.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Results-oriented mindset and focus on continuous improvement.

Internship Objectives:

• Develop practical skills in the use and implementation of SAGE solutions.
• Understand key business processes in the financial, accounting, and logistics areas.
• Participate in projects and support activities related to SAGE solutions.
• Gain knowledge of implementation, support, and improvement processes for enterprise management systems.
• Build a solid foundation for a future career in business software consulting.

Activities to be Developed:

• Initial training on fundamental business concepts and SAGE solutions.
• Support in configuration and functional testing of SAGE solutions in financial and/or logistics areas.
• Participation in internal meetings and support of project-related or client support activities.
• Assistance in analyzing and resolving functional support requests.
• Preparation and updating of functional documentation and user support materials.
• Shadowing senior consultants in implementation, support, and improvement activities.
