Join Brighten as a Senior Fullstack Developer and play a key role in designing, developing, and evolving digital products and applications used by our clients across multiple industries. You will be part of a growing Digital team, working on mobile and web applications, APIs, and integrations with enterprise systems, contributing directly to the delivery of scalable and impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services that are scalable, maintainable, and meet the increasing demands of our services using .NET (C#).
  • Build and evolve modern frontend applications using Angular (or similar frameworks).
  • Take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance, and integrate them with internal and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve defects in services.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of the platform.
  • Support and evolve existing applications (including mobile apps and low-code platforms)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in software development (fullstack)
  • Strong experience with .NET / C# and Web APIs
  • Experience with Angular, React, or similar frontend frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale Relational Database Systems (SQL Server preferred)
  • Experience with RESTful services and system integrations
  • Understanding software architecture patterns and best practices
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with mobile development or platforms like Flutter / FlutterFlow
  • Knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms
  • Experience working with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Sage, etc.)
