Location: Wolfsburg / Hybrid

Focus: S/4HANA Finance migrations, industrial manufacturing, customer-facing work in the German market

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Senior SAP Finance Consultant capable of leading and executing finance workstreams in S/4HANA programs, while also supporting maintenance activities when required. This consultant will join our SAP build team, contributing to the evolution, improvement, and standardization of our delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Finance workstreams in S/4HANA migrations (ECC → S/4 Public/Private Cloud).
• Execute hands-on activities including configuration, functional specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Analyze and optimize Record-to-Report, AP/AR, Treasury, Asset Accounting, and Controlling processes.
• Support both project delivery (greenfield/brownfield) and maintenance/AMS.
• Conduct German-speaking customer workshops and drive business process alignment.
• Provide blueprinting, configuration, UAT support, cutover preparation, and hypercare.
• Work closely with logistics and controlling teams to ensure integrated end-to-end design.
• Support presales, scoping, and customer presentations in German and English.
• Contribute to the SAP build team by developing templates, accelerators, standards, and delivery methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting experience.
• Experience working with German industrial and manufacturing companies.
• Strong command of German and English (business fluent).
• Experience with industrial projects and multi-country rollouts.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% (depending on customer needs).
• Availability to travel to the office up to twice per month (when not at client site).
• Strong hands-on mindset with the ability to switch between project execution and maintenance tasks.
