Location: Wolfsburg / Hybrid

Focus: S/4HANA Logistics, industrial manufacturing, customer-facing work in the German market

We are seeking a Senior SAP Logistics Consultant with strong hands-on experience and excellent customer-facing skills. This role supports both project delivery and operational maintenance, while contributing to our SAP build team, responsible for evolving delivery models and developing logistics accelerators.

Responsibilities:

• Lead logistics/SCM workstreams (covering more than one area: MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM) in S/4HANA transformations.
• Perform hands-on configuration, incident analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Support both project delivery and maintenance/AMS cycles.
• Conduct end-to-end process mapping for German manufacturing clients.
• Deliver German-speaking customer workshops and guide business process design.
• Provide blueprinting, configuration, UAT support, cutover readiness, and hypercare.
• Work closely with the Finance consultant to ensure integrated solution architecture.
• Support presales, scoping, and customer presentations in German and English.
• Participate in the SAP build team, contributing to reusable logistics templates, best practices, and cross-team knowledge sharing.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of SAP Logistics/SCM consulting experience (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM).
• Experience working with German industrial and manufacturing companies.
• Strong command of German and English (business fluent).
• Experience with industrial projects and multi-country rollouts.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% (depending on customer needs).
• Availability to travel to the office up to twice per month (when not at client site).
• Strong hands-on mindset with the ability to switch between project execution and maintenance tasks.
