Brighten intends to hire 40 consultants in 2024, both for Portugal and Germany. With a current team of 120 employees, Brighten is reinforcing its commitment to growing and expanding its services and continues to invest in talent and innovation to improve its service to clients.

With an expected growth of 23% by 2023, which represents 8 million euros, this strategy to strengthen Brighten’s team is intended to demonstrate its continued commitment to recruiting and retaining new professionals for consultancy projects. According to Ana Costa, Brighten’s Human Resources Manager, “we intend to strengthen all our areas of activity, with a special focus on consultants implementing business management solutions (ERP), Business Intelligence (BI), process automation (RPA) and customised development”.

In some cases, these opportunities will be on a hybrid basis, giving consultants greater flexibility and mobility, which is currently so highly valued by many professionals in this field. Depending on each project’s needs or type of work to be carried out, decisions on working arrangements will be made and agreed in advance between each consultant and their project management team. Brighten was recently recognised as one of the 50 best companies to work for in Portugal, ranking 16th.

“These professionals will have an opportunity to join Brighten’s challenging projects and our client portfolio, in a wide range of sectors. Around 30% of vacancies will be for the German market, which although fairly new, already accounts for 20% of our turnover. With this reinforcement of our team, by 2024 we hope to reach 30% representation in this market, which is so strategic for us,” emphasises Ana Costa.
