To strengthen our growing SAP SuccessFactors practice, we are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central and Payroll.

Your Mission:

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for multinational customers. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery and design to implementation, optimization and Application Management Services.

You will act as a trusted advisor for HR stakeholders, helping organizations modernize HR operations and maximize the value of their SuccessFactors investment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead functional streams within SuccessFactors Employee Central projects.
• Design and configure Employee Central solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Support Employee Central Payroll and payroll-related integrations.
• Conduct workshops, requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
• Analyse business processes and recommend SAP best practices.
• Support data migration, testing and go-live activities.
• Deliver AMS activities including incidents, service requests and enhancements.
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions and roadmap definition.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and project teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll.
• Experience in international implementation projects.
• Experience providing AMS and post-go-live support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
• Experience with Time Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
• Experience in multinational and multi-country HR landscapes.
• Additional languages such as Portuguese, French, Spanish or Dutch.
