As we continue expanding our Human Experience Management practice, we are looking for a passionate SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant to help clients transform the way they attract, develop and retain talent.
Your Mission:
You will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions, helping organizations build modern, engaging and data-driven HR experiences.
Working alongside multidisciplinary SAP teams, you will support both transformation projects and long-term managed services engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Talent Management workstreams within SuccessFactors projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Configure and optimise Talent modules according to client needs.
- Deliver workshops and solution demonstrations.
- Support testing, training and adoption activities.
- Advise clients on SAP HR best practices and innovation opportunities.
- Participate in AMS activities, issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support roadmap and transformation planning discussions.
- Contribute to proposal development and pre-sales activities when required.
- Share knowledge and help develop Brighten’s SuccessFactors practice.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in at least three Talent modules.
- Experience delivering end-to-end implementation projects.
- Experience supporting customers after go-live.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Functional consulting mindset with a business-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors Talent Certification(s).
- Employee Central knowledge.
- Experience with multinational organizations.
- Familiarity with SAP Business AI and people analytics capabilities.
- Additional European language skills.
